I am embarking on a new journey. From today forward I will be starting a segment on Medium called FAB NEWS! I’ve noticed that there seems to be a lack of reviews on what goes on in the NFT space. Clearly, this is all due to the nature of Twitter culture and simply how fast the space is constantly evolving. The biggest recap I can provide you all with this week is that this space is in dire need of more mentorship, condensed knowledge, and the overall organization of what is occurring in this space. My vision for FAB NEWS! is to be a one-stop blog where YOU the community, can come to find a recap of where the space is at and where we might be heading to next.

Time to unpack everything that happened in the NFT space last week!
The week started out with a huge turn towards the NFT space, the green lights signaled, and we all marched forward. It has been exciting seeing new people, fresh energy and utility-driven projects enter the space. This is the key missing element towards mass adoption, alongside finding bridges to make the protocols within Web3 more accessible to the masses.
We will be covering eight highlights that are noteworthy.
“LIL BABY PROJECTS”
We saw an incredible amount of derivative projects consisting of “Lil babies” They tried to use the hype and imagine of BYAC, Cool cats, Doodles, and Punks to create their own spin-offs. While these were great for flippers, most brought feud and no real utility to the space. This should go down with a lesson for all, that if a project isn't re-inventing the wheel, is it really worth our time and hard-earned ETH? I’ll leave it up to you to decide.
CRYPTOONGOONZ
This project caught A LOT of attention without a doubt. At the time of writing their collection hosts 3k members with a total supply of 7k NFTs. This is quite bullish, not only to mention that the art gives off HUGE Blue Chip vibes. This is certainly one to keep your eyes on.
PHANTOM GALAXY HACK
We noticed this week that any community is susceptible to intrusion. Phantom galaxy has been growing a tremendous community inside of their discord server. They aim to establish a blockchain game and provide an Airdrop to folks that interact with what they are trying to accomplish. With the hack that occurred this week, everyone was very worried that by interacting with their website, that their wallets would be susceptible to losses. Thankfully this wasn't the case and Phantom Galaxy came out explaining that they had handled the situation at hand. That being said, this space is full of fun and games until a hacker comes around to end the fun. Be safe out there, we are living in the wild west area of NFTs.
NOUNDLES
Boy, this is a representation of a derivative project done well. To date, their project hosts 3.6k holders and 7.5K Items with a floor price of 0.28. This is another great project to keep under your radar, not only is it being supported by members from the Doodle community, but they are working on some phenomenal utilities for their members. A video game coming soon, live events, and by staking 1 Noundle holders will receive 4 $RAINBOWS a day. $RAINBOWS will be the currency for the Noundle Grail, allowing holders to mint future collections, purchase exclusive merch, and access to new collaborations.
WOLF GAME
Many regret not joining this wave, many see it as unsustainable and others don't even know where this project came out of. Well, if you fall under any of these categories this read will be interesting for you. Since the launch of the Wolf Game project, they have released various collections. Sheep and wolf of course, and most recently farmers, land, and snails. I personally love the farm Ville style vibe that this project is aiming for which is why I felt it was noteworthy to discuss. I will simply cover the sheep to give you insight as to how the rest of the collections might pan out. At the time of writing, there are 13.8K sheep and 272 holders with a 3.7E floor. This ratio is a bit scary but holders are earning around 2k USD daily by collecting $WOOL, this in-game currency can be used to purchase other resources within the game and thereby truly paying their members a hefty reward for holding and expanding the community. That being said, I have a feeling that Wolf Game will simply serve as one of the first successful projects to deliver a new structure. Here is a reminder for all those who feel like they missed out, use that energy for what's to come, there will be many more opportunities like this one.
FEUDALZ
SPEAKING OF OPPORTUNITIES; We saw Feudalz become the talk of the town on Sunday, knocking the winds out of all of us. Many who felt the FOMO and distress from not joining Wolf Game were very pleased to join the Feudalz community. I personally love what they are working on, staking by the middle of the week and a working game by this Friday, that's right Black Friday! It seems like this project grasped the idea of a concept such as Wolf Game and made it 10x if not 100x more sustainable and reliable for the community. All delisted holders will be eligible for a companion airdrop, and by staking holders will earn $GOLDZ. There are talks of raids and a pillage system. This one gives me mid-tier blue-chip status, keep this one under a close eye 👀
SODA
The presale for SODA began Sunday evening. For those who are unfamiliar SODA stands for Society Of Derivative Apes. This community has gained an amazing amount of support and traction in the past week. The creators are a humble and talented couple (husband and wife) who love digital art and the NFT space. They have a fully doxxed team, a bright plan, and a supportive community. What more could you ask for? A donation for charity? CHECK. Plans to expand the brand? CHECK and further collections underway you ask? CHECK. Another noteworthy mention is the amount of big-brained identities that have connected with the creators. For example, if you're a follower of PRINTMYMINT on Twitter then you'd know what I’m speaking about. The man provided the community with great challenges to gain WL access and has truly been a key member of the space proving Alpha left and right. I recommend you stay up to date with his calls, and turn your notification on for all his tweets to find success in this space. I believe he makes phenomenal calls and SODA will not fall far behind. Saved the best for last. There is a new community that is quickly grasping a high level of attention.
